The design incorporates the US flag and the inscriptions: “GEORGE WASHINGTON – Father of his Country”. At the bottom, an eagle with the inscription: “MS” – Miles Standish’s initials. The obvserse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “COOK ISLANDS” – the country of issue and “25 DOLLARS” – the face value.
