Has a face value of 1 Dollar backed by the Cook Islands. The obverse side has Queen Elizabeth II in profile with’ELIZABETH II’ and’COOK ISLANDS’ around her head and’2022′ below her. Reverse side features an image of the HMS Bounty with’1 DOLLAR’ and’. 1 OZ FINE SILVER. The crew, led by Lieutenant Fletcher Christian mutinied in 1789 and took it to Pitcaird island where they burned it in an effort to cover their escape.
