The coin has Obsidian Black Proof quality and a fantastic design. It comes in a case, along with a Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of 1.922 pieces worldwide. The reverse of the coin features the album cover depicting their mascot Eddie as a kind of Nosferatu tree figure leering down from under the glistening moon. On the left, the inscription: “IRON MAIDEN” in yellow color and the inscription “FEAR OF THE DARK” – the coin name. The obverse of the coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “5 DOLLARS” – the face value, “COOK ISLANDS” – the issue country and “2022″ – the year of issue.
