Picked off by a French marksman, Nelson died aboard his illustrious flagship, HMS Victory. The coins reverse portrays HMS Victory, one of the most famous warships ever built. The design, which includes The Perth Mints P mintmark, also features a coloured section depicting the Battle of Trafalgar. Issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of the Cook Islands, the coin bears the Raphael Maklouf effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the 2010 year-date on its obverse.
